Bodega y Viñedos Martín Berdugo, S.L. is a family owned estate located in Aranda de Duero, Spain, the heart of the Ribera del Duero. The first vines were planted in the 87 hectare vineyard in 1990. The vineyard is on an alluvial terrain formed at 800 m.s.n.m. The vineyard surrounds the wine cellar, 1.2km from Aranda de Duero. The latest technology is used in the vineyard to ensure the quality of the fruit, and the winemaking process respects the unique character of the fruit. The wines are made only from grapes grown on the vineyard, obtaining different styles of wines according to the information from the satellites, analytics and sensors located in the vineyard, in such a way that they represent the unique nuances that are reflected in the “pago”. The company is firmly committed to implementing the latest technologies in the care of the vineyard, the production and marketing of its wines, trying to improve its surroundings socially, economically and environmentally.
