Digitalization, Research and Innovation for the Smart and Sustainable Development of Rural Territories

The DIH-LEAF (Digital Innovation Hub in Livestock, Environment, Agriculture, and Forests), based in Castilla y León (Spain) is the new entity created to play a significant role in the digital transformation of the European primary sector. Further information about DIH-LEAF can be found in its website, as well as the list of members.

In this event, the main national and European strategies related to innovation and digital transformation within the focus areas covered by DIH-LEAF were analysed. The most relevant players at an international level revealed the principal action lines under development as well as the upcoming challenges.

The event was held online and participation was free of charge.
